How to put it together
Finely chop the onion, ginger, and garlic.
OnionSauté the onion in oil until translucent.
Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the ground meat and brown it until it turns light brown.
Add the raisins and water to the pan and cook until the water has evaporated.
Push the cooked ingredients to one side of the pan so that half of it remains empty. Sprinkle curry powder over the empty section and sauté for 1 minute.
Mix everything together in the pan and season with salt and pepper.
